As millions of people scrambled to click the link to watch the newly released documentary “The World’s a Little Blurry”about American singer and songwriter Billie Eilish, I clicked the link as well. Billie Eilish is an 18 year old singer who has won many awards for her hit albums. The start of the movie instantly gets you hooked and wishing for more. You learn that she began writing music at age eleven. One thing we have in common is that we both have Tourette syndrome. The movie ultimately showed the downside to fame and fortune. More specifically, the downsides to Billie Eilish’s fame. It really portrayed the image of fame in your mind like a detailed drawing. The interviews were always short and brief but offered a lot of information that allowed you to see deeper. It shows the ups and downs of her life and her journey of how she reached the peak of fame. It also shows what her relationships with her friends and family were like during her journey to fame. I would give the movie a 4 out of 5 stars. Overall, this documentary was fantastic and is a must watch if you are a fan of Billie Eilish or if you just want to see what fame is really like. “The World’s a Little Blurry” can be watched exclusively on AppleTV+ and in select theaters.
